Use paznai as a companion to the city.

Walks and purchases

paznai sells access to individual walks and to bundles of walks as one-time in-app purchases in the app. Purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple account under Apple’s own terms; paznai never sees or stores your payment details. The price is shown before you confirm a purchase. A purchase is not a subscription and does not renew. A purchased walk stays available in your account, including offline once downloaded, for as long as paznai offers the product.

Refunds

Because payment is processed by Apple, refunds for in-app purchases are requested from and decided by Apple under Apple’s refund policy. paznai cannot issue App Store refunds directly. If something is wrong with a walk you bought, contact us through the support page — we will help with the content and point you to Apple’s refund request when that is the right path.

Content license

Walk content — narration text, audio, images, route geometry and interactions — is licensed to you personally, for your own non-commercial use during and around your walks. You may not copy, republish, resell, publicly perform or use walk content to guide tours commercially without our written permission. Purchasing a walk buys this license, not ownership of the content.

Safety in the city

Walks take place in ordinary urban environments: streets with traffic, crossings, uneven pavement, construction, other people, and conditions that change with weather, season and time of day. Stay aware of your surroundings, obey traffic signals and local rules, and stop looking at the screen while crossing or in traffic. Routes and audio are editorial content, not turn-by-turn safety guidance, and may not reflect current conditions such as closures or roadworks. If a stop or segment feels unsafe or inaccessible, skip it — your own judgement always comes first.

Accounts

One paznai account may be used across the website and app. Keep your credentials private; you are responsible for activity under your account. Public creator and community publishing features remain unavailable until separately released.

Intellectual property

paznai, its walks, editorial content, design and software are the property of paznai or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Map data and routing are built on third-party sources credited in the product. These terms grant no rights beyond the personal content license above.

Limitation of liability

paznai is provided as it is and as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, paznai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for harm arising from conditions in the physical environment where you walk. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing reduces the mandatory consumer rights of the country where you live.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of Poland, without depriving consumers of protections granted by mandatory rules of their country of residence. Questions about these terms or about a purchase reach us through the support page.
